Swimming training for every level of triathlete from first timer to Ironman.


For Endurance athletes who are training for a triathlon or long distance swimming event. Swimmers average 2500 to 3500 yards per session
Where Center Pointe Club in Playa Vista (swimmer must be a resident)
Ages Any
Duration Three times a week for 1 hour
Days Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Times 6.30am to 7.30am
Equipment needed Goggles, kickboard, pull buoy, hand paddles and fins.
Cost $100 a month membership (automatically billed)
Notes :Monday sprints/short distance, Wednesday middle distance, Friday long distance. This program focuses on the swimming training part of the triathlon. Contact us if you are looking for a personalized program for the overall triathlon.

*There is a $25 registration fee. Billing is automatically charged on the 1st of each month. First month will be prorated. To stop please let us know 5 days before the start of the next month to avoid being billed.
